Who can access it

Client records are available to the authorized website owner. Signed-in residents can access the documents, requests, and rent records assigned to their account. Internal management notes remain private to the owner. Configured hosting, storage, and email providers process information needed to provide their services. When online rent payments are enabled, the payment provider handles payment details on its hosted checkout page. The website does not include advertising trackers.

Reviews and photos

Feedback is reviewed before publication. Public reviews require permission from the person submitting them. Property photos should be published only with appropriate permission.
